Dress Up with your Bratz Besties

The past couple weeks we’ve given ideas and tips about costumes to make this Halloween absolutely boo-tiful, but today we want to talk about some costume ideas for you and your friendz! Halloween is such a fun time of the year, why not make it even more fun and coordinate outfits? Cloe, Yasmin, Sasha and I were hanging one day and exchanging ideas about group costumes. Here are a few of my favorite suggestions that the girlz had –

Cloe thought it’d be super fun if we all dressed up as some of the U.S Women’s soccer team players. Those ladies are super fierce and confident! They even won the gold medal this year at the Olympics in London. Talk about super stars! The costume would be really easy to create. All a gal needs is some black or blue athletic shorts, a soccer jersey shirt, some knee high socks, and athletic shoes. Finish off the look by carrying around a soccer ball. Get in the spirit and wear red, white and blue so everyone knows who you are! Cloe called dibs on Alex Morgan. Which player would you be?

Jade got all science on us Bratz and said we should be mad scientists. LOL! The outfits (as Kool Kat told us) would be a cinch to create and we’re guaranteed to be the koolest science girlz on the block! Start the costume out with your everyday clothes, add a white lab coat, and carry around some beakers filled with colored water (use food coloring). Next, pull up your hair in a ponytail but try to make it as messy as you can. That’s how you get the “mad” part of the scientist.

Sasha was creative with her idea and suggested we all be a swarm of busy bees. Get it? It’s because Sasha is a busy bee! There are plenty of bee costumes at stores to buy, or you can make your own from home. Grab a yellow shirt and stripe it with black electrical tape to create the bees’ body. You can do the same with the shorts, or just wear a pair of black shorts. Wings and antennas are the final touch and your swarm is ready to hit the streets in search of honey candy!
